This notice describes the current bibergames.com website—not every historical mobile game or an old version of the site. The website publishes public articles and does not offer visitor accounts, payments, comments or newsletter registration.
Information processed when you visit
The hosting and security layers may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, response status and security signals. The production site also sends one first-party base statistics request to /collect/ containing the page referrer, browser language, local timestamp and reported time zone. This base event is cookieless and remains active whether the optional cookie banner is accepted, rejected, dismissed or untouched.
Purpose and storage
These records support security, reliability, aggregate traffic measurement and diagnosis of broken pages. The shared collection service is operated as first-party site infrastructure. Retention is limited according to operational needs and server configuration; because a fixed public retention period has not been verified, this notice does not invent one.
Cookies and local storage
The base statistics event does not require a cookie. The website stores your cookie-banner choice in browser local storage so the notice does not reappear unnecessarily. No advertising or personalized tracking cookie is enabled in this build. If advertising or another optional service is introduced, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before that service is activated.
If you contact server@bibergames.com, the message contains the information you choose to provide and normal email metadata. Do not include passwords, payment data or other unnecessary sensitive information. Messages are used to review and answer the request, maintain an evidence trail when appropriate, and protect legal rights.
External links and children
Links to official stores, publishers or research sources are governed by those services’ own notices. This editorial website is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should handle any necessary contact about a child.
Your choices and questions
You can clear the local consent preference through your browser storage controls. Blocking scripts may also block the base statistics request, although the website does not represent the banner as a control for that always-on first-party processing. For a privacy question or a request relating to information you submitted by email, contact server@bibergames.com. Effective and last updated: 25 September 2026.
What the website does not currently do
The current build has no account registration, public comments, newsletter subscription, payment checkout, user-upload area, advertising code, affiliate tracking or embedded video player. It does not intentionally request contact lists, precise GPS location, payment card details, game credentials or a child’s profile. Historical mobile-game privacy claims on the old site are not reused as claims about this website.
Security and disclosure limits
Reasonable technical controls such as HTTPS in production, restrictive browser headers and limited application routes reduce risk, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending information the site does not need. If a security issue appears to expose personal information, report the exact URL and observation to the standard mailbox without attempting to access other people’s data.
Third-party source pages
Game pages may link to official app stores, publishers or public catalogues so readers can verify a claim. Visiting those destinations can disclose normal request information to the destination and may allow it to use its own cookies or account state. A source link is not loaded invisibly on bibergames.com; you choose whether to follow it.
International visitors
The site is written for a general English-language audience and can be reached internationally. Privacy rights and required procedures can vary by location. Send a request with enough information to understand the issue, but do not assume this notice identifies an unconfirmed operator jurisdiction or promises a statutory response period that has not been established.
Changes to this notice
The notice is reviewed when collection, hosting, advertising, forms or third-party embeds change. A substantive revision receives a new last-updated date. We do not change the date merely to make the page look fresh.
